Prospectus
A Prospectus is required by law to be disclosed to potential investors prior to their investment decision. It is also critical to thoroughly read the prospectus before making any investment decisions.
Article of Association
The Articles of Association serve as the basis for making rules/laws in the organization and describe the working mechanism of an organization.
General Meeting of Shareholder
Shareholders have the authority under the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) to evaluate the performance of the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors, hold the Board of Directors accountable for all business actions deemed incompatible with the scope of Good Corporate GCG (GCG) in managing the Company, and amend the Company's Articles of Association. Consists of two (2) GMS:
- Annual GMS, which is held annually at the latest within six (6) months after the Company's fiscal year ends.
- Extraordinary GMS, which is held when needed for the Company's interests.
Financial Report
The primary financial statements provide an overview of the organization's revenues, expenses, assets, liabilities, and equity.
Annual Report
An annual report is a document that a company typically publishes on an annual basis, which provides information about the company's financial performance and operations over the past year.
Sustainabillity Report
The Sustainability Report is a report that contains the results of the company's performance in several aspects such as environmental and social that helps companies to build strategies, long-term management policies, and participate in society.
Minutes of Meeting
The Sustainability Report is a report that contains the results of the company's performance in several aspects such as environmental and social that helps companies to build strategies, long-term management policies, and participate in society.
Public Expose
The purpose of a public expose is to bring attention to these issues and hold the company or organization accountable for their actions.
